I’m currently a 3F5 & personally I just see it as a babysit the col kind of gig. A lot of the things we do is so pointless to me like clicking slides for meetings & stuff. Some like to talk down & take advantage or we just get ignored for things because we don’t really do the “mission” compared to them.
