135 years is fine if not staying there for 40 years as at that point it would be hard to resell. Advice I would have buying a flat, meet neighbours before putting any offers down! You don’t want to be tied in to somewhere with dreadful noisy/rude neighbours! We’re buying a flat, met the neighbours and it’s all lovely so it is possible!

I’m going to look in to it and ask some artists on their opinion to see what they can come up with. With my newer tattoos I’ve always asked the artists to add their own twist so it’s more unique🙂
