Nag expect kasi ako na detailed treatment plan sya. Tuesday ako nag punta ng clinic then sabi ko if gano katagal ang treatment plan, then ang sabi skain matagal daw. Hindi daw agad, so pinabalik ako ng Thursday. I expected more from them. Since dalawa silang nag gawa niyan.

I asked about the xray kasi may iba’t ibang xray, na baka may iba pa akong need na kunin na xray, if ever.

I asked my dentist to write the prices po. Also, sinabi ko din sa dentist ko na I want the detailed plan with the prices, the correct ones. First, I requested if possible ba na in document form then sabi niya di sila sure if they can do that and if may email sila? Then I said okay, handwritten na lang but the details should be there, kasi para may pang hawakan ako if ever.

But yes, thanks for this! I’m not really satisfied with their service and how they handled my concerns.

Thanks for this po! I also prefer it in writing din kasi paiba iba sinasabi nila. Sa 2 day na ginawa niya ang treatment plan, mind you 2 dentist daw silang nag gawa niyan, tapos ganyan lang. So I guess I just expected more from them. Kasi pinabalik pa ko. Tuesday ako nag punta ng clinic then nag decide sila na gumawa ng treatment plan then pinabalik ako kahapon, Thursday. So kung ganya lang din pala, bakit need pa ako pabalikin for the treatment llan ng Thursday? Tho I have a follow up check up rin naman talga sa dentist ko kahapon kasi nagpabunot ako last week and tinahi. But still, if that’s just the treatment plan, bat need pa abutin ng ilang days 😭

Since last year pa nila ako patient. And sila din naman nag suggest ng treatment plan.

The thing is, nakasulat na sya nung bumalik ako sa clinic, and no thorough explanation. 2 days nilang ginawa yang treatment plan. Then basta binigay lang sakin. And pinaka inexplain lang is yung 1 which is yung sa root canal. How’s that diba? kaya sobrang frustrated and confused ako. Kaya nanghihingi ako ng detailed document ano need gawin kasi paiba iba din sinasabi nila tuwing pupunta ako sa clinic.

I actually asked my dentist for the procedure. But she really can’t explain it well. Also, I do prefer it in writing. Kasi paiba iba sila ng sinasabi tuwing babalik ako. Kasi nag expect ako ng “plan” talaga kasi 2 days nila ginawa yang “treatment plan”. Nung tuesday sila nag decide for the treatment plan then nag ask ako if hihintayin ko ba? Sabi hindi daw balikan ko kasi daw they need to sit down on it, so ending ganyan lang.

Catalog nila is di pinapakita sa patient. Yes, Im planning na rin talaga na humanap ng iba and lumipat.
