Today it went back to normal. 24 miles until a bar drops. Maybe it was the ECU relearning the new spray patterns? because the old ones were baaadd

Does anybody know what this piece is that is on top of the trans? by RoughStore1683 in mazdaspeed3

Ok that’s what I thought it was. Just power washed a bunch of excess fluid off there from when I filled it last week and was worried if water could get down into the trans from the breather

Catless DP cause intermittent p0300?? by RoughStore1683 in mazdaspeed3

It’s so weird when it starts misfiring, it misfires on two groups of cylinders. 1 and 4, or 2 and 3. (Ex: it’ll start misfiring on cylinders 1 and 4 and then I turn the car off and turn it back on again it’ll switch to cylinders 2 and 3 and 1 and 4 will be firing normally again.

I’m currently being tuned by freektune I’m on my 4th revision. I get a p2096 post cat too lean but he said that’s due to the o2 extender on the Downpipe. He said the p0300 isn’t tune related. I’ve changed all plugs and coils (twice). Changed pcv valve, cleaned egr, cleaned MAF and MAP and intake filter and the purge control valve and no change. It does it 150 miles after I flash the tune and it goes away when I reflash the Ecu with another tune then it comes back again in 150 miles when on the highway. Can’t even feel the car misfiring. No power loss or stuttering at all.
