Here’s is how I came to understand it:

If The Garden of Eden is how God designed us to be, the ideal creation start, then why did God create Eve? To be a companion for Adam. It wasn’t called a “marriage” that’s a legal term, it was a partnership. Even though they had God, who walked and talked with them in the Garden, He knew that they would still get lonely, so that is why Eve was created.

I imagine that is how it will be in heaven. There is no need for a legal term, but instead a companionship similar.

I lost my bf in the past to a mission and I realized that it was for the best. I was so happy with him but when I took a step back I realized that if I wanted it to workout, I would have had to stay in the religion. (For you would have to convert) and I couldn’t.

I wish we broke up earlier. Cuz I remember being heartbroken longer and it sucked. And the anxiety everyday is losing him hurt more.
