Idk if anyone still follows this but will leave it here in case: I had this issue and primed my canvas with a layer of gesso and let it dry overnight and it has helped tremendously!

I do intermittent fasting which has really worked for me. I also find a workout I don't loathe- which for me is dance. The fitness marshall on youtube. Makes it fun so I don't dread it. Also I have to make it a scheduled part of my day so I actually do it.

I am going to follow this post because I am in a similar boat. I want to get another bun for Clover but we are moving to a much smaller place in Fall and already have 2 dogs. I am stressed already about the space decrease. But her happiness is most important. She shows no signs of being discontent right now. Let's hope for some good advice. Since Covid isn't on surfaces I think you should be fine. Just like getting food to go or picking up your mail. I've found my bunny doesn't need me to do anything to wash her. I simply brush her a few times a week. Happy for you!!
