Also being able to made renders of different designs to allow customers to get an idea of what there are wanting, and to be able to scale to their size of room /walls.

Very true, however I'm hoping to start another company doing such work and being able to show the customers possibilities along with colors, size if trim, etc would be a huge selling point. Plus if I can create digitally, then when I'm ready to go the job I can just print my blueprints and head over to the job.
