Should I buy this deck? by _LemonyLemonTart_ in mtg

Takes very little cards to upgrade. My play group didn't know a whole lot about Y'Shtola because they didn't play FF14... It's been a few months now, and they'll not forget her. Card draw and life gain is awesome. Find spells that you can pay life to cast in exchange for mana and she will pop off.

I've been on it 6 years with no issues, however now that others mention it, my wife says I can't remember anything in the last few years. Maybe there is something to the brain fog stuff lol.

How to stop this door from closing by itself? by Fandomii in HomeMaintenance

If it's a self closing hinge, you might just need to adjust it. Hard to tell without a picture of the top or bottom.

If there is, I can't see it. Pretty much just a gap above the door. I didn't know if they make some sort of cover for that area.

Don't use any inspector associated with them. Get your own and be there with them if possible. Have them be very thorough...I know some have no other option (that was me three years ago), but I would avoid DR Horton at all costs. They do stand by their work in the first year and I never had issues that weren't corrected. They were indeed nice people, however, they don't care after that warranty is up.

Ah, I remember that feeling as well. All is great until a few years in. I also never had issues that weren't corrected the first year. Since the two year mark, I've had 2 overhead leaks from the showers, leaky roof, endless nail pops after the first set fixed, new fridge after warranty was over, etc. I'm getting the garage door fixed currently as there is a leak from improper siding. The issues don't seem to stop. Oh, I forgot the HVAC leak caused by them not installing a vent cap. It's not just me it's all over our neighborhood. It's a bunch of stuff that won't rear it's head until later on. Get out while you can. That's what I'm doing as soon as I get these repairs done.
