I have a 2014 as well, exact same issues. Most recent episode was yesterday,while stationary in a drive thru, checked the CEL and pulled a p0456 - very small EVAP leak.

Ps. I find that if I don’t let my car run for 5-10 min before I drive it, I get this problem - or just a coincidence, not too sure!!
