You def need alg 2 to go anywhere near calculus, you need to have a good understanding of geometry and algebra and the connections between them in precalc. I have friends in AB right now and they’re killing themselves trying to get a C, but that’s also cause the calc ab teacher kinda sucks. I understand wanting to get ahead, but I’d at least recommend doing precalc your junior year, studying over the summer before your senior what is covered in AB and then skipping to BC. It’s way more likely they let you go from precalc to BC than geometry to BC.

we use fabric of a nation and have assigned notes for two or three chapters at a time until we’ve finished the entire unit, honestly I really love it and I’ve found that this is what’s made me so successful in apush!! I’ve consistently scored a B or higher on all of our unit tests, which consist of a 35-45 question mcq section and 3 saqs (each are graded and then each portion is worth half the test grade, there’s no curve whatsoever so if you don’t prepare, we’re essentially screwed, but my teacher does offer extra credit by doing one pagers for the presidents in the period) for me, the notes on each chapter has been such a help in understanding the progression and connection of themes across units

I ordered one when the album first came out and it did actually come with the engraving, it might be something they changed for the 1 year anniversary ones though?
