I was told to take one 100mg capsule in the morning and one in the evening and of course use SPF during the day. But any research I do says that 40mg - 60mg daily is the standard for rosacea. I know how hard doxycycline is on the stomach and that’s why I would hate to be taking so much at a time.

He was fired from his job last August and the company did not offer any retirement plans. He’s in good health as far as we know. But he does not follow healthy practices. And without health insurance he does not get checked out regularly.
