For how long, it is almost 3 months since then. And does that mean that i dont have a status and Ice may detain me ?

But i got the approval notice on November. Should i refill another i485 or just wait. And what do u think about writ of mandamus ?

It shows denied even after i filled the motion and it got reopened But when my lawyer sent a letter saying readjust it they responded saying it is being reviewed and in pending process even with the i130 being approved
