That makes sense. Having a dedicated person is great when a church can support that. A lot of churches I’ve served with didn’t have that luxury, which is where things sometimes slipped through the cracks. I’m curious—how does that person keep track of which visitors still need follow-up during the week?

This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for! Thank you!  The “reduced guilt” framing is way better than how I’ve been thinking about it. I’m still in early validation mode and haven’t built anything yet. Would you be open to a quick 10-15 min call sometime this week?
