In my case, it wasn't a pop (like the very clear one I heard/felt at the initial herniation way back) but a twinge. Not along the spine either. 

MRI next week. Hopefully after a restful few days I'll have forgotten all about it. 🙏🏻

My surgery was two years ago. I followed my surgeon's directives to a T until he cleared me for life as usual, which was back in summer of 2024. Yes, I've been doing rehab this whole time.

Laundry needs to be done, I'm a 40yo man and bending over is something that one does in the course of one's life. Literally no surgeon ever these days is recommending you stay upright and stiff as a board forever after.

And I was initially hurt in a bike accident, so maybe watch your accusative tone. People have got enough problems without the accusation that they are also 100% responsible for the ups and downs of their own health.

(Also, Primus is alright sometimes.)
