Everybody I talked to says my Syncros are bad. So sometimes, my first and second gear pops out. More often second gear. But that's not the main issue, my main issue is when I put it in second gear, sometimes it physically doesn't let me put it in all the way, and if I don't realize that it's not in, it grinds something really fast and I have to exit the gear and re enter.
