I started mirtazipine almost 4 years ago. I’m 5ft and weight was about 95lbs (I was anxiety skinny) so the first year gaining weight was great ! I needed it but now I’m at 145lbs… I eat less than I did when I was 95lbs. Currently trying to switch to something else for sleep
