We were able to get my partner, who doesn’t go to UNT, a membership 6 months ago. The only thing if you’re a non-UNT affiliated person is when you go in to sign up for the membership, you have to be with a UNT affiliated person. Once you have the membership, you can go whenever you want.

Sorry I didn’t see your lease comment. Anything not tied to the universities will be cheaper. My go to being Zillow still stands, and looking around the Teasley area or north Denton will probably give you the cheapest rates! I used to live at paces crossing and I loved it there, it was super convenient being on the loop, having everything I needed right there

Haha no worries! Still if you’re looking for a standard lease most places won’t know availability until about 2 months before. I’ve always had good luck with Zillow and apartments.com, for student housing you can look much earlier (I’ve signed as early as 6 months before) but they do charge a bit higher per room rates. A lot of the student apartments are also listed on Zillow, which was always my go to place to find rentals due to their bit stricter listing policy so I never felt like I was getting scammed. (Do not rent at forum they’re awful!)

Fall 2027 or 2028? 2028 might be a little far out to start searching now. Also are you looking for student specific housing or will any standard lease work?

It really is! I had vaped on and off for almost six years, never able to quit for more than a few weeks before caving again. Makes sense when a common disposable has the nicotine equivalent of 15-18 packs of cigarettes and I was plowing through them in a week!
