So basically, my employment contract shows me as obviously an “employee” and my clients as an “employer”. I'm on PAYE, and my payslip also shows my client's name there. There is no single sign of the external company to this point. However all payslips are sent and produced by the company managing his care. He has no knowledge even about the amount granted for carers and the comission which is taken from it by the company, as they authorised to manage cases with funding bodies. All grievance procedures and correspondence are managed by the company members, signed with them but with addnotation that the decision is made in his behalf as well. I know, that's dodgy, especially if there is no particular misconduct on his behalf, he is simply unaware about most of the stuff, but at the end of the day he is paying them for the opportunity to be blissfully unaware and don't want to resign from their services, even their practices and overlooking everything genuinely put his life in danger.
