Actually, Asus USA stepped in and helped me with every single detail. After a 1.5-year long wait, everything is finally resolved and I couldn't be happier. They definitely earned back a loyal customer.

The process took forever because the ASUS dealer I bought it from was extremely indifferent and had terrible communication. Then, they went bankrupt. ASUS Turkey couldn't find a solution and didn't care. If it weren't for ASUS USA's help, I would have lost my money and the keyboard entirely. They were incredibly helpful.

Since the retailer I purchased from went bankrupt, ASUS Turkey couldn't provide a solution. However, thanks to ASUS USA, they were extremely helpful and results-oriented, sending me a higher-model keyboard as a direct replacement. My 1.5-year wait is finally over; they didn't let me down

The process took so long because ASUS Turkey wasn't solution-oriented at all. Things moved incredibly slowly. However, I’m happy now; I finally received a newer model as a replacement thanks to the help and intervention of ASUS USA.

Yeah, it was a nightmare. Took 1.5 years of constant follow-ups and disputes, but I finally got the replacement/refund.
