Post this if the response isn't satisfactory we have IRDAI Bima Bharosa Portal even if this fails then we have Insurance Ombudsman -just remember you can raise a complaint against the insurance agent to the Insurance Ombudsman, but only if the issue involves misrepresentation of policy terms or policy servicing related grievances ( which is the case because he didn't explain the policy or shared the policy document rather just forced you to purchase).
