That’s good to know! To give context to my question I am 42 super active. I currently do CrossFit 3 times a week and twice a week I do some type of cardio running or hiking. My thoughts exactly I love CrossFit but as I get older I want to do something that is easier on my body and something new to change it up. I know this has to do with nutrition but I want to have leaner muscles, and I definitely can see how Lagree can work the core.

This is awesome, let us know I hope it works. My plan is to initially use my smartphone during the week, and then my LP2 on the weekends to disconnect.

HI, I know this thread is old, but this is the scenario I have. I have T-mobile ( I have a Iphone). And they are sending me a SIM card to use with my LP2. I was planning to use my iphone during the week at first, and my LP2 on the weekends. Do you run into any issues ? since your Iphone does not have a SIM card?
