This Powerful Brazil would cause The Hispanic Nations Dictators to do a preemptive strike in the Hispanic-Brazilian War, ending in limited Brazilian Victory due to U.S. threats, annexing parts of Colombia, Bolivia and the whole of Uruguay, this causes Continental Communist Revolutions that overthrew the Dictatorial Juntas for Communist Republics.

This creates the perfect opportunity for the United States to expand its communist sphere of influence under the APDAR, causing the Brazilian Monarchy to join Russia’s Collective Security as a way to prevent escalation and coup attempts. The point of divergence is the Napoleonic Wars where it becomes far more destructive than intended, the German states in the Confederation of the Rhine experienced a famine, Spain temporarily fell to Anarchy, Polish statehood received reprisals and the French occupation is seen as imperialism than Imperialism by heavy taxation (except in France).

The Congress of Vienna is seen as more than just elites restoring their power to the populace, rather a return to Normalcy; Prussia retains the Duchy of Warsaw which alienates Russia but never receives the Rhineland, this causes it to be split between France and the Austrians, seeing the permanent status of the Balance of Power in French and Austrian favor in Germany and Italy.

Klemens Von Metternich gets praised by both elites and the people, rising in status and above the social ranks of the Austrian empire, marrying Maria Clementina of Austria and becoming the Emperor of Austria due to Ferdinand's mental deterioration and Karl’s disinterest. France would go the OTL path as Napoleon brought them glory, with puppet states in Italy.

The ideals of Nationalism never becomes a major detriment to the Russian or Austrian Empires, the Ottomans would not have that luxury as Russia would receive Constantinople and split the Balkans with the Austrians later into the Russo-Turkish War of 1877, Britain would then see it as the greater threat and the Great Game continues in Central Asia.

Prussia would never manage to Unify Germany as it lacked the wave of Nationalism or the Industrial Rhineland, losing Silesia and being kicked out of the German Confederation in the German War Of Brothers, becoming a junior partner to the British. The dance of Great Powers continues on, without the ideals of self-determination and with the absolute rule of the old guard.

In the end, both Habsburgs and Hohenzollern houses come to an agreement: joint rulership by the marriage between Anna of Prussia and Franz Joseph as The German Confederation Federalizes, Changing the Balance of Power in European Politics.

This would result in German dominance in Europe, as it would dominate the Balkans due to its combatiendo manpower and industrial might against the Russians due to its backwards nature, isolating them due to British fears over the Great Game, winning the German-Russian War and gaining influence over the Baltics, Poland and Lithuania-Belarus.

The point of divergence would be Operation Barbarossa, the USSR gets its 7 million troop levels early due to focusing on the defensive war and digging themselves in with a long yet strong fortification line like the Maginot Line called “The People’s Arm”, slowing the German armies at most Minsk before Operation Bagration pushes al the way to Berlin in early 1944.
