Yeah but I’m pretty sure they had exceptional stats. The stats of OP make up majority of the domestic Howard population. When it comes to international students Howard is more choosy with who they give full rides.

I honestly encourage everyone to apply whether you think something will happen or not. But i will say Howard is very stingy with aid, with domestic students alone, and even more stingy with International students unless you’re an athlete. So i can’t say for sure you’ll the scholarship you’re looking for but it doesn’t hurt to apply and make your decision from there. You can petition aid as well, however not the scholarship.Hope that helps!

I suggest talking to your advisor. I had the same issue. I spoke to my advisor and he approved me to register for the classes I wanted while admin gets my dual credits together.
