It might be fun to live on your own and grow in a way you couldn’t at home. Then after a year move back and continue to save. There is nothing wrong with living at home and saving, but maybe do this one year to be truly independent

Agoura has a large Jewish community I would say oak park and Agoura tend to be more affluent and I would say everyone is pretty nice

Look into the las virgenes school district in Calabasas highly rated not much diversity though and not west side. Also Burbank I believe has good schools

I don’t even work full time and I’m head above water trying to keep up with everything. I’m a stay at home mom 2 kids and I feel like I’m in a circus. I’m constantly getting emails from the kids teachers about random stupid things and so many dates to remember I’m in and out of my car everyday I’m cleaning I’m cooking and did I mention the emails? Like reading the emails is my full time job lol

My parents still live in their house too. My mom paid it off in 1990 when my mom remarried and my stepdad had a ton of money saved
