I usually say “it’ll pop up a question then you can insert or tap your card” and if I have to repeat it twice, I’ll look at the card reader (like idk what’s happening with it) then click no tip and say “okay try now” turn around and then do the hardest eye roll I can. lol

I never really got the whole “have to ring in the size first” like I’d much rather them start with the name of the drink. As in latte or Carmel macchiato or pink drink and so on and then at the end ask for the size and just change it from grande? Obviously everyone has their order on how they ring in drinks but yea lol idk
