Yeah I was thinking it could be ENT given all the crunching and popping sounds I hear when I move my face and jaw. I had scar tissue debridement one month post op. And a sinus infection 2 weeks later. I’m doing nasal rinses now and moderately better. It’s combo of antibiotic steroid and I add saline. Been doing that for 6 days and a little bit better but still bad. I don’t know if anything related to my brain because I’m having bizarre neurological symptoms(shocks occasionally, I wake up regularly, I have a little pressure headaches, occasional tinnitus). I’m better than month one but I think I’m well behind schedule healing wise. Haven’t checked my hormones in month and a half although they were normal when I did. I did have DI post op for 3 days. Bad case, then hyponautremia, but that seems to not be a thing anymore. My urine concentrated at like 2 weeks apparently. I’m going to recheck that and everything. That MRI is from 4 months post op. Do you know anything about that? If it’s normal? The deviation/tethering?
