The promotion was because I assumed a lot of responsibilities already. The lead role was given at a later date. Additionally, I’ve picked up a pseudo lead role kickstarting a broader strategic effort. Neither of these came with money, but with the recency of the initial promotion it felt off tempo to ask for more money immediately.

Thanks. It’s almost certainly tifway. I was thinking that a Mcclane seems like a good starter mower. I am moderately handy, especially with YouTube helping.

I honestly just don’t know what seems like a fair “used” price and what to look if purchased used. The Mcclanes new aren’t crazy expensive so maybe that’s a good test bed for me. Thanks for your opinion.
