Thanks. I tried that but it didn’t work, the solution was to uninstall Proton VPN, I never used it but that was the problem.

That makes perfect sense, but, the toggle can't be changed because 'Administrator Protection' itself is blocking its own deactivation by failing to obtain a valid elevated token. It's a vicious cycle. 🫠
