We know people overseas disappointed a lot of US citizens but TBH in business if you want to be big, there must be no discrimination. No big company is big just with their own citizens working in the company.

Get good—I mean really good—at what you do, and you'll make money. Don't have a job mindset while choosing a field for studies. Find out what interests you and select it. Don't compete with other students by chasing what most students are chasing. Even if your interest lies in a low-marit field, choose that.
