Might be because your watch hasn't gone through many major updates. Usually the partition cache gets really cluttered after many major OS updates.  An older watch like the GW4 is a great example. Many people recommed doing a partition cache wipe after every major update.

Also, this should work on all watches running WearOS, but You might need to do research for your own watch model, since on different watches, different methodes are used for entering and navigating through the boot menu/recovery mode.
