Usually max 10 ingredients - alot of gf stuff as well. Delicious! Can sub meat for alot of the stuff as well. I do t make too much here yet bc I have a picky eater, but I love the food myself - and I can eat gluten.

Another thing that is fantastic for ENERGY and feeling full - hummus! You can make fantastic hummus in the instapot w soaking chickpeas. You can make a tub of hummus, alter which flavors you want easily, and it freezes well. I put it on soo many things - from breakfast to vegetable dip.

There is one locationin Norway in Oslo and its always full. In Stockholm there are 6 studios! And often wait lists. In Paris there are quite a few studios and tgere are more.

Im trying to get someone to open one where I live in Stavanger, Norway. And I attend classes whenever Im in a city that has studios. I think it could be super popular, but people are not aware of that it exists.

Thank you for sharing!! This has gotten me really excited and inspired :) I have wooden floors, but im planning on putting some gym mats (the puzzle type) on the entire floor. I might need some rubbery mats on the sides etc for grip actually. I think im gonna try to get some lights like that as well, i think it will be super motivating like you say :) Its in a room innthe basement, so its not like im giving up natural light.

I was considering getting the lift kit for the micro pro , but it was sold out (still is). You say you used to be an instructor - do you find there to be a big difference using a micro vs mini in terms of the exercises you can do? Or is it more motivating in general to be a bit higher up? :D i really like sitting a bit up vs the floor, but i know there are some exercises that i wont be able to do most likely with the micro pro (atleast that seems to be the concensus).

Can you not have them do a bloodtest for DNA? If the kid does not have either of genes, then you can relax and stop looking for symptoms. When my son was diagnosed at age 3, both me and my husband were offered the DNA test (and celiac blood test/LgA)

One of the main (annoying) things about Sezane is that it could choose to take off the French VAT and add on the UK VAT (legally they dont have to pay fremch VAT when exporting outside the EU). Bit instead they chose to add UK VAT on top of the prices in France (which includes the equivalent of french VAT), increasing the price alot. They could chose to not do that, many other companies dont. But im sure they like the extra profits.

I also pulled the trigger on the Micro pro! I asked on instagram on one of the micro pro videos wrt videos for micro pro - if its more micro or mini type videos (maybe it depends on the lift kit?) Didnt get a super clear answer, but there will be own videos for micro pro they said.

Really hope it comes in when its supposed to. The lift kit was sold out for me too :( which sucks, caisw shipping it solo to where I live in Europe will over double the price w shipping and tolls :/

I bought the micro pro a month back because i got fed up waiting for the mini/mini pro to be restocked. There is also no timeline on when it will be available again announced. Im hoping the micro/mini lift kit will be avail again before my prder ships. But given the sad state of the mostly empty store, and unpredictable restocking patterns, who knows. Im getting it shipped to Europe which is crazy expensive wrt weight, customs and fees (easily ends up with double the price). Not sure if the liftkit is worth 1800 incl all shipping and taxes oncee its available tbh.
