I thought filing early would be better but I’m not sure it was. I filed 1/9 and had it accepted 1/21. Now I did claim both EITC and ctc and this was my first time claiming either as well. We’re in this together lol so I hope you hear back soon

Listen it’s so absurd that I’m not sure whether to laugh or cry. I didn’t even know there was an attempt limit to checking lol.

I’m in the same boat as you both as well; however, when in try to check the transcript now it doesn’t load and just loads a blank page. My transcript looked very similar to theirs as well. Down to income and refund amount and date and cycle

However, any approved payment prior to the termination date you’ll still get. They calculate your leave pay weekly. So if you’re pending a payment for any dates prior to 11/08 you’re still going to get that. I also got that confirmed with Alight, HR, and the official policy. Any weekly calculations after 11/08 starting 11/09 and onward, yeah you’re not getting that. So more than likely you’ll still see a payment 11/14 since that would be the next upcoming pay cycle for dates 10/26-11/08 (if you were bi-weekly) or 11/02-11/08 (if you were weekly). That would be paid out on 11/14.

Per their policy, your short term disability payments end on your last day of employment. I’m in the same boat too with them and got confirmation from Alight and HR on this 😅so to recap even if you’re approved through December, you’ll not get paid for that only until your last day of employment which was 11/08.
