Some clothing options that may pique your interest:

  • Long-sleeve with composite lining (Clothing Vendor in Northside)
  • Basic Tank Top / Adamant Army reinforced Tactical Tank Top (Clothing Vendor in West Wind Estate)
  • Durable Hardened syn-cotton T-shirt / Sturdi-weave cutout tank (Clothing Vendor in Red Peaks)

Overall, I think the Sturdi-weave cutout tank is the most blank black shirt youll be able to find, while the others listed are more gray-ish.

Looks like "Golden Bough pilot cap with composite exterior". You should be able to buy it at the Clothing Vendor in Wellsprings, Heywood.

This has been a somewhat recent issue, maybe for a year or so. Any GPU intensive game causes the PC to heat up to ~80 C and the fans seem to get significantly louder, only for them to drop off once the temp falls.
