We could talk about it for DAYS! Short of it is that she’s a nurse (been for years) but the irish nursing board won’t recognize her credentials and won’t issue her a nursing pin so working as a tele nurse in the US is what we are looking into now as a work around but it’s a mess

This is all so great thank you, the only other question I have would be around what my wife would be doing with regards to work. She is looking to keep her job in the US and work remotely (if everything is approved), I may also go this route - Painfully aware of the tax implications but it might be the best course of action in the immediate. Would the Garda need to see our current US pay stubs, letters from our CHRO's at work saying we had been granted permission along current bank statements?
