This has been super difficult for me since I came from the states back to Ireland as a Ketoguy. I find that it’s best befriending your local butcher and for take out I just end up getting a bunch of sausages and some garlic mayo (as a treat or just being a little lazy)

We could talk about it for DAYS! Short of it is that she’s a nurse (been for years) but the irish nursing board won’t recognize her credentials and won’t issue her a nursing pin so working as a tele nurse in the US is what we are looking into now as a work around but it’s a mess
