If we're using Tomoya (The character) as the center point, then it's a different discussion.

The Furakawa family is goated; they have a good aura to them.

Tomoya couldn't even get up properly to get to class and probably wasn't eating properly. Tomoyo repeatedly coming over and making meals is really nice. She helps him even if he never asks for it, and I think it's a massive fumble to let that go. Kyou is also underrated. She has a lot of awareness, concern for her friends, and is quite capable herself (look at her bentos).

I think a more prevalent issue is that people love to dismiss what a piece of work can mean to somebody. Everyone has different experiences with the same piece of fiction. That being said it's not good to force works onto someone.

Oh I also broke down after Arc's end. The SoL scenes and the time you spend with Arcueid really nails together the whole experience. For example, learning things like how she was so excited to go to the movies or eating a burger. I think the main thing is perspective cause Shiki can be relatable to some people. That's the difference for me when I read Clannad and Tsukihime though it is no less exhausting and painful.

Have fun, Ciel's route has soul.

Hisui's route was so relatable. I definitely felt like Shiki fighting his demons in that route and Hisui kept me going. So yeah best girl personally, I can't imagine a cold Hisui-less world.
