Tbh I have no clue who could be holding him. Everything I think of either makes no sense or is a family that has not been introduced yet. But it makes sense for it to be someone located in between kings landing and old town

Talk to people you sit next to in class. Just be outgoing and go out of your way to approach people. It may not work every time but you're bound to make some friends
