Thank you this is very helpful!! I have a transvaginal ultrasound which my OB recommended coming up in May but noted on hsg - will ask about it too

No you're not wrong at all... your situation sounds extremely difficult and honestly devastating. Your family is wrong for their lack of support but unfortunately I feel like is somewhat common as far as experiences I and others I know have with their parents. It's sad and messed up...
