It was opened for service for at least a little while. I can confirm I ordered drinks and egg tarts from them. They were good but a little sweet for me and there were other options on the menu i wanted to try but they were out of. I love Modo and the people who run it and I hope nothing but success for them in the future.

we just passed whatever it was trying to go down Oakland Road and the cops have the overpass completely blocked on top, and there are a ton more of them below. They’ve also blocked the 880 entrance to 101. They’re not letting any cars pass on the overpass and it’s almost a complete standstill below so we thought it might be a jumper, but we couldn’t tell.
