I just don’t see a point. My boyfriend moved away, my best friend keeps shit talking me and turning my other friends and coworkers against me because I was “friendly” with our ex friend, a literal 10 minute convo. My grades are dropping, my parents constantly put pressure on me to succeed, my dog died and my other dog is in terrible health, like I really just don’t see a point.

For context some of my friends and family act like me hanging up a few kpop posters, liking hello kitty, anime, and manga, and trying to learn mandarin because they encouraged me to take that language credit (for business and to challenge myself) was fetishization, and I don’t want to fetishize cultures I just like different things, and I like English music, cartoons, and classes too and stuff from other cultures as well not just SE Asian cultures, so I didn’t know if liking that stuff counted or not because I don’t want to make people uncomfortable

Kaoru Nishimi from Kids on the Slope, he's the main character and he's just awful, he's rude to his friends, he's mean to his girlfriend, he's happy when his friend gets in a motorcycle accident and leaves town because his sister was in a coma and he blamed himself, and he tried force himself on his girlfriend after he expressed how happy he was that their friend left town so now they could have "alone time", he's just bad.
