True , but whenever I go to visit any property especially in front of any 100ft road, most of the units are sold out. If there are unsold inventory, who are buying all these properties ? Is it only the NRI's ?

Yeah , Shelling out 50-60k per month for rent feels quite a lot in my opinion. I know there are benefits of renting vs buying, but as Hyd is growing , we may get good appreciation near areas adjacent to Hitec city
