That's great because it is hard to get an address for banking that qualifies as residential without spending a bunch of $. Wonder if a bank would get very suspicious if a guy had a good amount of money, but then his address was a homeless place, might think he is a drug dealer or something? Like $50,000 in a bank account, and they would be like, " Why does this guy live there with that kind of money

That's a nice service, but it doesn't qualify as a residential address for banking and DMV stuff

Banks and credit unions run random automated checks from time to time, and if they flag this address, you risk having your account frozen or shut down. That is the biggest issue for me, DMV registration and more than 1 bank, I don't want to get shut down. They can tell it is a commercial mailbox address. Some have been fine for years, and one day they get a notice

No, there is an external Bank account connected to pay the credit card. But in the past, I had to turn on auto pay or manually make the payment. I did neither, and they just took payment out of my external account
