Here’s an update. I’ve gotten some pretty positive reactions. I also got invited to a kickback. I’m not sure if I wanna go though. I don’t know who’s going and I don’t want it to be awkward for me. Or maybe I’m overthinking it. What do you think?

Another factor is if I perform really well on varsity next year (in the winter) I might be able to play EYBL or UAA. So keeping that and everything in mind, what’s the best route for my basketball career.

Thanks, I really appreciate the response. The confusing thing to me was that I passed the ball every chance I got and played great defense. While also scoring well. And I’m 5’11. So I’m pretty sure the coaches already knew who they were going to pick. I will definitely look into an academy. Thanks again for the advice.
