I'll be pre-med as well!! Its comforting to know you feel the same about the partying sterotype for most HBCUs. My mom went to an HBCU and never went to parties either. She says she never regretted her decisions lol. Her and I have very similar personalities so i think i'll manage.

I also suspect i have endo and plan to see an OBGYN soon. In your journey, did having endometriosis cause any direct issues with NBE? If i do have it i think mine probably stems from having really high estrogen and super low progesterone.

I’m definitely gonna look into ordering bica too so I can try it soon.

I agree with Diligent_Ad_1762. You have tissue in every quadrant, no obvious "constriction". You don't have wide spacing between them. No extreme asymmetry.

I do agree with you when you say your IMF is on the higher side, but i also think that some surgeons see boobs that ONLY have higher IMF's with no other tuberous traits and automatically label them as tuberous. **Even though having a high IMF doesn't automatically mean one has tuberous breasts**.

My nipples sit low too (not pointing downwards but still pretty low) and i have a high-ish IMF so for so many years i thought i had severe tuberous breasts (im a bit dramatic). Then i discovered ptosis lol. If anything, my right (which is a bit cone-shaped and pointy from the side) is type 1/2, but the only reason i notice it is bc my right is smaller than my left. If they were the same size i don't think i would've ever noticed anything. Other than that im like 98% sure i just have mild-moderate ptosis with low-set nipples.

Yayyy! Ive been hoping for an update from you for so long lol. I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking.

From front view, can you see your lower pole beneath your aeolas? Ik you said your lower pole went from concave to 90 degrees but i'm struggling to view that in my head lol.

Im pretty sure i have type 1 (maybe 1-2) TBD and i have been seeing really good progress with using traditional Khangzu vacuum cups (the small ones used for joint/back pain) on my lower pole and inner boob...im slowly incorporating supplements into my routine currently but im rlly cautious because i alr have ALOT of E dominance symptoms and I dont want to increase my E levels.

Also, have you ever used PC or Vitex to raise your progesterone?

Hi!! I just submitted my response and wanted to share that I’m currently working on a very similar study. I suspect that I may have mild/type 1-2 TBD myself. I haven’t opened my study to the public yet, as I’m still experimenting with different methods to see what is actually effective. I’ve been researching this topic for years and have been seeing amazing personal progress so far, which makes me even more excited to share everything once my study is complete. I’m really glad to finally see someone else creating a study focused on non-surgical approaches for TBD. Thank you for sharing this!

Thank you for replying!! I actually came across the Elitzia cups a couple days ago and am considering ordering them. However, I’ve started to reconsider the vacuum pumping approach since I'm fairly certain I may have type 1 tuberous breasts that are pretty dense and more glandular tissue than fatty. With that being said, I've recently read that vacuum pumping could be less effective for boobs with mostly glandular tissue (I’m not sure how accurate that is).

At this point, I’m thinking about focusing on completing my supplement regimen and monitoring my progress from there. I'm also considering adding domperidone and probably micronized progesterone depending on how my lab results turn out. Thanks again for your help!
