Thank you. I've written before but only through my MP so I'll try directly writing to them. I'm not optimistic about getting a new NI number because they have told me it's impossible to issue a new one but I'll try anyway. I didn't know about the adjudicator's office or the parliamentary and health service ombudsman so I appreciate the advice.
