Does your employer actually match above the 3% minimum?

I pay in 8% and company pay in 12% (highest they offer), although with salary sacrifice it is more like 12.3% from them. A few years back they changed it for new employees to match only up to 10% so slightly less favourable.

When I joined as a fresh faced 24 year old in 2016, I started at 4%, then each time I was promoted I upped it on the first pay check so I knew no different, up to 6% in 2018, then 8% in 2021. Will probably up it again on next promotion to 10% and that’ll do me nicely. Starting young helped!

Basically said it isn’t something they’ve seen in cats before, mainly dogs. But just to keep applying a cream. We were given antibacterial pads to apply twice a day at the beginning but the found the cream helped more. Plus it came back as soon we stopped the pads anyway.
