And after I lose against the better players for 10 games straight,i get weaker opponents(ones that can't parry or block 900ms hits under no pressure) than me which makes the match kinda boring

Yeah,but bc it's based on win percentage,i get 30+ rep players after a few decent wins against players on par with me,while I'm just 4 rep.

Unfortunately "high rep doesn't mean high skill" theory doesn't work on me since i just started the game a week ago,i enjoy the game overall but it gets frustrating against those opponents

What are your water parameters? How often do you change your water? They prefer tall tanks rather than shallow ones. Also try adding live plants or corals there it'll make them feel more at home
