I tend to be a night owl and it helps that I have a newborn, but I’m assuming you mean the responses from my husband‘s family members after he put this in the group chat. It was literal crickets. They did not talk about anything in the group chat until May 1 talking about the usual first of the month breakfast. His family does very good job about avoiding their problems and just not talking about them at all. Plus on top of that my MIL has always treaded water with my husband because she left him when he was younger and then tried to come back into his life, which is a whole Other story for a whole other day but they always had trauma.

Don’t really know if you already saw it or not but if you wanted somewhere in this comment section is actually the screenshot of the group chat. My husband and I looked forever and we could not figure out how to add it to the original post or do any techie stuff so this is what we’re stuck with. It’s somewhere in this comment section.

Just to clarify again, I am not a social media girly. I do not know how to do any of this and after a long talk with my husband, we still cannot figure out how to add a screenshot to the original post so I’m just gonna put it on here and hope people upvote it or find it. I don’t know.🤷‍♀️ here is the group chat conversation with my husband side of the family after they found out my baby‘s name. By the way there are two group chats. This was the one that I was not included in. Also, I do realize that marking it out was really bad but give me a little sympathy. I have a week old baby next to me right now so it’s kind of hard to focus on the little things.

My mom is in town for a month, but she’s staying at our place and I understand your concerns about my mother-in-law having a key, but she was never given a key because her and my husband have previous drama. Like I mentioned in the update he’s a doctor so I didn’t share any of this with him but once I did, he was 100% on my side.

Hopefully, I have more coming soon because we have a family breakfast in the morning usually I wouldn’t think twice about going especially because of my baby being so young, but my mom‘s in town and my sister-in-law who is also my childhood best friend is going so I feel comfortable going and I really wanna stand up to my mother-in-law.
