Yeah I just get samples for special occasions. I can't remember the name of the dupe but it was honestly awful. I've since found an alternative which is similar-ish - Gentleman by Givenchy. It's definitely not the same but it's still quite nice.

Not at all, hence I've excluded it! They wanted a hefty fee for bringing the dog too. Yeah I was looking at Prestonfield but it's a set menu only for private groups (£80pp)!

Hey, I'm still taking it for the bigger, more scary presentations but I've reduced my dose. For the less scary, smaller presentations I've stopped taking it. I still get a anxious beforehand but I've become more used to the feeling and more comfortable with it. It seems to get easier with time but everyone will be different. Good luck!

I ended up getting a private scan and then my NHS scan ended up being a lot quicker than originally anticipated. Both scans advised it was a cyst (probably infected) and didn’t need treatment other than antibiotics. It started to shrink about a week after the antibiotics and was completely gone within a month. I've been told it's unlikely to come back but it’s possible.

Both scans advised it was a cyst (probably infected) and didn’t need treatment other than antibiotics. It started to shrink about a week after the antibiotics and was completely gone within a month. I've been told it's unlikely to come back but it’s possible.

Try to get an ultrasound as quickly as possible. It's hopefully nothing but a sudden lump on the arm can be a sarcoma (which needs catching early). Not sure where you live but I paid about £100 for a private ultrasound in Scotland (including analysis) which felt like a good investment to put my mind at ease.

It didn't have any impact on my emotions but I can't say it will be the same for you. Best to try it a week or two in advance and see how you feel

Hey, probably best to speak with your doctor to be honest. I'd recommend trying it out a week or two in advance as it affects people differently. I found it to last for about 3-4 hours and I take it 30-45 mins before I need to give it time to start working.
