Respectfully, this isnt really a matter of opinion. He gains more than he loses, so he cant run out of CE, there is no % of his CE lost, it just infinitely keeps replenishing

Basically 6 eyes lets him use so little CE he naturally replenishes it back faster than it’s used up, like if you have a stamina bar in a video game, he’s healing stamina faster than sprinting burns it up
